Vineyard Supported Living Services supports adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live as independently as possible in their own homes and communities through personalized, goal-focused support. We assist with daily living activities such as meal planning, shopping, cooking, and maintaining a clean and safe home, as well as coordinating transportation and medical appointments. Our team also provides guidance with housing selection, managing finances, building relationships, participating in community life, working or volunteering, and accessing 24-hour emergency support to promote confidence, self-advocacy, and overall wellbeing.

Developmental Disabilities
Our in-home services support individuals with developmental disabilities to live comfortably, safely, and confidently in their own homes. We offer help with everyday activities, skill development, companionship, and community engagement. Cerebral Palsy
Our in-home support for individuals with cerebral palsy focuses on enhancing mobility, comfort, and participation in daily life. We assist with transfers, positioning, personal routines, use of assistive equipment, and maintaining safe home environments. Our team follows individual care and therapy guidelines to help residents achieve greater confidence and functional independence.

Down Syndrome
We provide personalised in-home support for individuals with Down syndrome, focusing on building independence, daily living skills, and social confidence. Our caring team assists with routines, community participation, and meaningful activities in a safe and supportive environment.

Epilepsy
Our compassionate in-home care helps individuals with epilepsy feel safe, supported, and confident in their daily lives. We offer assistance with everyday tasks, monitor wellbeing, and provide reassurance through attentive, personalised support at home.
